MOT's
We have the facilities for class 4 (cars, light vans and motorhomes) and class 7 (larger vans, light horsebox's etc) MOT's. MOT's may be booked online or by calling us on 01606 45062.
Vehicle Servicing

Other Routine Items
In addition to regular servicing, other routine maintenance tasks play a vital role in keeping your vehicle reliable and efficient. Replacing items such as the timing belt or timing chain at the recommended intervals helps prevent serious engine damage. We have tooling to carry out belt and chain replacements for most modern vehicles, including the common PSA Puretech wet belt engines found in most Peugeot, Citroens and Vauxhalls nowadays. Repairs
We offer vehicle repairs on essential components such as brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems, ensuring your car remains safe, efficient, and comfortable to drive. From minor fixes to full component replacements, we’re here to keep your car running smoothly and reliably.
Please call us for an estimate for your required repair. Our base rate for labour is £84 per hour (£70 exc vat).
Tyres
We have all the equipment to replace, balance and fit tyres. We can usually source the tyres you need the same day as long as they are ordered before 12.30pm.
Diagnostics
Here at Carcraft Northwich MOT, we have some of the latest diagnostic equipment meaning we can take on any electrical or engine management issue you may have.
This includes but is not limited to resetting brake systems, ABS faults, Airbag faults and DPF regeneration. Our set diagnostic plug in rate is £30 (£25 exc vat) which includes a full print out of all stored information. Some issues usually require further physical diagnostics which may be charged at our usual hourly labour rate.
Tracking
We have some of the latest equipment to carry out tracking adjustments. Whether that is 2 or 4 wheel alignment, we can do both.
2 wheel alignment = £42 (£35 exc vat)
4 wheel alignment = £70 (£58.33 exc vat)
Welding
Many repairs require a specialist skillset and equipment. Whether it be a small patch for an MOT failure or a big project, we do it all here at Carcraft Northwich MOT.
Air Conditioning
Many people are not aware that to be able to use air conditioning equipment in a garage, you need to have the correct qualification. We have the qualifications and can replace air-conditioning gas on any make and model of vehicle. We can also carry out necessary repairs on the system.
